The City of Melbourne will shortly be offering an exceptional and unique opportunity for the Total Venue Management of the Melbourne Town Hall, one of its most prestigious and iconic buildings.
Contracted services include the management of bookings and events, hospitality services, venue marketing, promotion and sales, building maintenance, asset and operational management.
A briefing session overviewing this opportunity and the requirements will be held in the Council Meeting Room at the Town Hall at 9.30am Monday 15 February 2016.
All attendees are required to register in order to attend the briefing session by emailing Wendy.Morrissey@melbourne.vic.gov.au by 4:00pm Thursday 11 February 2016.
A summary of the scope and objectives for this tender will be issued upon registration for the briefing session or on request.
This tender will be publicly advertised on Saturday 20 February 2016 after the briefing session has taken place via the Council web site.
