Provision of Turf Services for Hume City Council

⁠⁠⁠The Contractor to provide turf services in accordance with the description of services listed. The Contractor must provide labour, plant, supervision, equipment, fuel and all other items necessary for the performance of the Services, including, without limitation:
* A support vehicle;
* A smart phone (to all work groups) for communication purposes, which has the capability to send photos of damaged assets to Council. 3.1 General Information Hume City Council has the responsibility of maintaining 60 active sports fields over 80 ha. Council has a number of active sporting grounds which are used at district, regional and local community level.

The parks and open space team have developed maintenance regimes to maintain these sports fields which are proactive, require specialised turf management knowledge, practices, techniques and experience. The work will require renovation assistance from the contractor to maintain these areas.

They include:
* Top-dressing
* Aeration
* Spraying services
* Seeding services
* Turf laying services.
