Tender Description
The purpose of this statement of requirement is to source a new Client Management System for Hume City Council’s Aged Services and Public Health.
The Client Management System will be used to assist manage and coordinate clients and staff including provision of reporting capabilities to meet requirements in accordance with the Local Government Performance Reporting Framework, and the Home and Community Care Minimum Data Set.
Council is looking to engage a suitably qualified service provider to deliver a commercial off-the-shelf Client Management System and associated services incorporating the service elements of design, development and implementation into daily operational use.
