Tender Description
Undertake refurbishment, repairs and replacement works. The Works will include the following:
1. Design, supply and install eight roof mounted evaporative cooling units and associated works;
2. Dismantle the existing smoke curtain and construct a new fixed smoke baffle and roller door;
3. Refurbish the existing proprietary Jet Fuel Leakage Detection System;
4. Undertake works to rectify existing building fire non-complaint items;
5. Undertake roof repairs to ensure the maintenance hangar roof area is water tight; and
6. Supply and install new box gutter sumps and expansion joints to the existing stormwater plumbing system.
