Tender Description
Council invites your company to tender for the provision of cleaning services for its Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma Works Depots (including offices) during Financial Years (FYs) 2015/16, 2016/2017 and 2017/18.
Tenderers who are interested in tendering must read and make themselves familiar with the following documentation relating to this request:
a) Part 1 Conditions of Tender.
This part of the RFT states the terms under which tenderers are required to submit their offer;
b) Part 2 Statement of Requirement.
This part of the RFT provides a detailed description of the Councils requirements and provides forms/schedules and guidance for the submission of the tenderer's offer.
c) Part 3 Draft Conditions of Contract.
This part states the terms under which the Contractor shall deliver the services requested within the RFT, throughout the period specified in paragraph 1 above.
Council may choose to award contract(s) for any part of, or the whole requirement.
