Tender Description
This service covers the provision of office cleaning of Council staffed buildings including the supply of consumables like toilet rolls, hand towels and cleaning chemicals.
The contract covers the Dandenong Civic Centre, all maternal health centres, the libraries, the art gallery, community facilities and offices, historical buildings, senior citizens centres and Customer Service Centres: In total 28 premises.
Besides the core cleaning activities including periodicals like carpet steam cleaning, vinyl polish, internal glass cleaning and fridge cleaning under a lump sum provision, the contract includes a Schedule of Rates provision for ad hoc cleaning.
