Tender Description
Council is seeking to procure an outsourced pavement management service for the period of five years. This service will provide Council access to advanced road management software and the technical resources required to manage complex road data.
A selected company will host Councils road data, annually update that data with information provided to them by Council, and undertake road modelling to develop our capital renewal program. Prediction modelling and capital works programs will be delivered using a standard industry advanced pavement management system which optimises the long term maintenance, displays consequences and produces three year recommendations for multiple maintenance treatments.
