Tender Description
Loddon Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the construction of new change rooms and upgrading of the existing community centre at Janiember Park Recreation Reserve located at Chapel Street Serpentine. Tenders for this contract will be based on a revised scope and specification of the original tender which was invited in October 2015.
Copies of Contract Documentation may be obtained from Council’s website http://www.loddon.vic.gov.au under tenders. No tender document fee is applicable for this tender. Enquiries should be directed to Adrian Lowrey, Project Manager on phone 5494 1235.
No in-house bid will be submitted for this contract.
Tenders addressed to “The Tender Box Contract 336” will be received on or before 4pm, Tuesday 1 March 2016 at the Loddon Shire Council Office, PO Box 21 (41 High Street) Wedderburn 3518.
