Tender Description
St. Anthony's Parish Kingscliff is planning additions to their new school at Charles Street Pottsville and is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified builders interested in tendering for the construction of stage 2/3 (to be constructed as one project), consisting of additions to administration (78m2), library (82m2), hall (94m2) and COLA (93m2), 7 new classrooms including covered walkways (1083m2), additional toilets (44m2) and associated external works, including landscaping and carpark extension.
It is anticipated that tender documents will be made available to selected tenderers at the end of January 2016 and that construction will commence in March 2016 and be completed by November 2016.
