Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for Newcombe Street partial road opening and closure, a streetscapes upgrade involving the 180 degree switching of Newcombe Street, the redesignation of 'community land' to 'operational' and vice versa.
The tenderer will be required to construct the works consisting: storm water upgrade; pedestrian pavements; kerb, gutter & road pavement construction; soft and hard landscaping.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
