Tender Description
The technical support for Ausgrid's Contact Centre applications is currently provided via a mix of internal resourcing and support agreements with various 3rd parties (Telstra, NICE, Genesys and Nuance).
Ausgrid is seeking to award to a partner for:
* Level 1 and 2 technical support for Genesys,
* Level 3 and 4 Genesys Support including service request fulfilment
* Provision of a centralised helpdesk function to log issues regarding any contact centre related application (Genesys, NICE, Avalanche, Nuance).
The tender also includes optional support services allowance for Ausgrid to be able to draw down on to allow for services including DR / Patching work.
