Ventilators

⁠⁠⁠Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) invites Tenders for the provision of Ventilators to Participating Health Services (“the Health Services”).

Contract Term: 5 year principal period agreement commencing 1 May 2016 (TBC). Long term evergreen agreement to be negotiated.

Tender documents are available to download via the HPV Procurement Portal https://esourcing.hpv.org.au. Please note all Respondents must register on the HPV Procurement Portal before gaining access to the ITS.

All communication regarding the ITS must be in writing via the Messages function in the HPV Procurement Portal. Closing time and date for last enquiries in relation to this tender is 10:00am AEDT 3 February 2015. HPV reserves the right to not provide answers to questions asked after the last date/time for enquiries.

Tenders must be submitted via the HPV Procurement Portal.

Full details of the delivery method are found in Part 3 Tender Conditions, Clause 3.12 Delivery Method. Tender submissions are NOT to be lodged with the Authorised Contact Person.

Late Tender Submissions will NOT be accepted other than in exceptional circumstances as described in Part 3 Tender Conditions, Clause 3.11 Late Tenders.
