Benalla Rural City Council requires asphalt and stabilising services to comply with the specification and standards set by VicRoads.
The asphalt regulation and stabilising services for all marked areas and asphalting of marked broken edges using Flowcon or similar are required to restore sealed pavement to original width prior to resealing for various roads throughout the Municipality.
Edge areas are to be swept and primed with emulsion prior to placement of asphalt or premix.
Council requires the following services in the approximate quantities listed: 937 square metres of asphalt regulation; 1020 square metres of edge maintenance; and 114 square metres of stabilisation of pavement. Council may, at Council’s discretion, require the following optional additional services in the approximate quantities listed: 787 square metres of asphalt regulation; 923 square metres of edge maintenance; and 657 square metres of stabilisation of pavement.
