Tender Description
Expressions of Interest are invited from suitably qualified contractors for the construction of educational buildings for the Catholic Education Office, Archdiocese of Sydney at Clancy Catholic College West Hoxton, including:
* A new multi-purpose hall and gallery
* Fit-out of a new lecture theatre
* Two storey extension to a science building
* Alterations and additions to a music building
* Associated site works and demolition
Tenders will be invited in January 2016 for construction commencing April 2016. Up to 6 tenderers may be invited for interviews prior to inclusion on the tender list. Your submission should include:
* Summary of previous experience noting value of work including: education projects and projects $8-10M
* Work in progress including value
* Personnel to be on this project and their experience
* Referees
* WHS management system and copy of OH&S certification.
Building contract will be Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney, Major Works Contract.
