Tender Description
The University wish to engage a third party to manage its utilities procurement and billing for a contract period of up to three years, subject to review every 12 months.
The services to be provided include:
1. Bill validation and data management for over 70 large market utility accounts, over 220 small market sites and over 110 water sites
2. Budget forecasts and tracking
3. Procurement advice for utilities contracts
4. Management of connections, disconnections and transfer of utility accounts across the University's portfolio
5. Producing quarterly utility cost recovery billing reports
The University requires a service provider that has internal capability to provide all of the services above.
