Tender Description
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably qualified organisations that have the capability to undertake the design and construction of multi storey car parks (MSCP) under the proposed Program Contractor Framework Agreement (“Framework Agreement”) and project specific Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts described in the Invitation for ROI. The Framework Agreement will provide TfNSW the option of seeking pricing for and awarding additional MSCP projects under the Framework Agreement.
The shortlisted tenderers will be invited to provide a detailed submission in response to an Invitation to Tender (ITT) document expected to be issued in February 2016.
The ITT will include an initial four (4) MSCP projects at Ashfield, Eastwood, Merrylands, and Pendle Hill as a minimum and may also include three (3) additional MSCP projects to be delivered within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
The Applicants are required to comply with the minimum requirements as detailed in the Conditions for Participation below.
