Tender Description
Services of a suitably qualified and experienced Financial Adviser (the Consultant) are required to assist Government Property NSW (the Principal) to develop a divestment strategy, market and divest the ground lease rental income stream (for all or part of the remaining 94 years) from the government owned site at 1-25 Harbour Street, Darling Harbour (known as Darling Quarter).
