Anglesea Tennis Club Resurfacing

⁠⁠⁠The Surf Coast Shire Council invites submissions from suitably qualified consultants for resurfacing of the Anglesea Tennis Club.

The successful contractor will provide complete project services required to upgrade four existing asphalt courts to a fully synthetic playing surface.

Details of the project and the designer's scope of works are set out in the RFQ documentation.

Council requires works to commence after 1 February 2016 and be completed prior to 11 March 2016.

Submissions must be completely uploaded into the electronic tender box by the closing time. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Contractors are requested to provide supporting documentation in relation to the specified synthetic turf to be installed.

Submissions not complying with the requirements - for example, submissions submitted by Facsimile or email, will not be accepted.

It is the Respondent's responsibility to ensure that correct lodgement occurs. Submissions not conforming to these conditions may not be accepted, in the absolute discretion of Council.
