Tender Description
As part of a recent condition assessment process undertaken by the Principal it was identified that a series of spot repairs to the sealed components of the roads near the Tomago Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and depot buildings cost approximately $30,000.
This represents a significant portion of the annual maintenance budget for this site.
In response to this, the Principal has elected to undertake a more holistic remediation / replacement of the road to reduce ongoing maintenance costs. The remediation / replacement of the road portions are the subject of this Contract.
