Tender Description
The works include the construction of all work necessary for the proper completion of works shown or implied in the Drawings and/or Specification.
The contractor shall be fully familiar with the type of work necessary and have visited the site to ensure a full understanding of site requirements and the extent of work.
The works include but are not limited to the following:
* Demolition and removal of existing site element;
* Construction of new Equestrian Arena and Training & Warm Up Area; including earthworks, grading, levelling and grassing;
* Connection to the existing water and electrical reticulation system;
* Fencing works;
* Vehicle entry works;
* Installation of Steel Buildings (Spectator Shelter & Equipment Storage Shed);
* Establishment of all turf works.
