Tender Description
Moreland City Council is seeking suitably qualified contractor to perform a civil works component of a streetscape upgrade in Dunnes Lane, Coburg. These works include deomlition of existing paving, removal of existing furniture. Installation of new paving, asphalt, kerb and channels, custom seating, gardenbeds, Water Sensitive Urban Design (WSUD) fed rain gardens. The succesful contractor will be required to cordinate and supervise changes made to assests owned by relevant service authority, including Telstra, Jemena, VIC roads and Yarra Trams.
Service levels are to be provided by the Contractor in accordance with 'Best Value" aimed at achieving an environmentally responsible, safe and cost effective outcome for Council.
