Tender Description
The City of Sydney invites Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to undertake construction and landscape works of the City Farm Community Hub in Sydney Park, St Peters.
The tenderer will be required to undertake:
Preliminaries and preparatory works;
Earthworks;
Construction of hard landscaping elements including paving, edging and walls;
Supply and installation of fixtures;
Supply and installation of gardens and planting.
Tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity, financial and technical capability for completing the project within the required timeframe, have had previous experience on similar sized projects and demonstrate a commitment to WHS and environmentally sound principles.
