In order to assist Council to better understand the complexities of the current parking situation and to ensure informed parking related decisions can be made in the future, Horsham Rural City Council is seeking quotations from suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake the development of a Municipal Parking Strategy.

The full consultancy brief is attached as a separate document.

Tenderers must note that services engaged under this contract will be governed by AS 4122-2010 - Engagement of Consultants.

Annexure A of the General Conditions is attached a separate document for your information and consideration when preparing your response.
