Tender Description
Penrith Council is looking to work collaboratively with partners to deliver bold and innovative development on the following City Centre sites:
Reserve St - 4,337m2 site, part of the Living Well Precinct, seeking a modern aged care living option.
Union Road - 3,836m2 (east) and/or 15,627m2 (west) to provide mixed use development. Proposals for Union Road west are also to provide public parking.
