The Works comprise:
Kensington Town Hall was built in the 1920s and is on City of Melbourne's heritage planning register. The scope is to:
1. Remove existing hydronic heating system, pipework and panels
2. Installation of a new split A/C air conditioning systems to a two-story building, dating from the 1920s.
3. Minimise exposed conduiting and pipework.
4. Commission system to satisfaction of design engineers documentation.
