Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced and qualified building contractors to undertake the building works to Council's heritage listed building known as the Soldiers' Memorial School of Arts located at 306 Macquarie Street, Liverpool.
The proposal consists of external building works to include the re-pointing of brickwork, painting, roof repair, waterproofing of balcony, restoration of the front porch and balcony, minor demolition; and internal building works to include removal of furniture, patch and painting works and other associated works.
