Tender Description
This contract calls for the restoration of the Stone Cottage section of Coonara House, situated at 22 Willow Road Ferntree Gully.
Works comprise of demolition of internal walls and floors, structural rectifications, and associated restoration works as outlined in the tender documents.
Works will be undertaken with user groups occupying adjoining areas of Coonara House during the course of the project.
Tender forms and specification may be obtained by downloading from Council’s website www.knox.vic.gov.au/tenders.
Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00 p.m. on Thursday 26 November, 2015.

Tenders for all the contracts must be lodged in the TENDER BOX on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
