Pascoe Vale Community Facility - Construction of a New Facility in Parkland

⁠⁠⁠Moreland City Council is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to build a new facility at Rogers Reserve near the Pascoe Vale Pool. The Pascoe Vale Community Facility will incorporate a childcare centre, consultation rooms, maternal child and heath facilities, classrooms art rooms, computer room, community hub and kitchen as well as an administration area. The two story facility will include a lift and accessible paths and landscaping in the parkland around the proposed facility.

Contract will be subject to planning approval. Also tenderers are required to hold their prices offer for at least 120days.

Tenderers are reminded that a tender is not submitted until (1) the "Save" button is selected, and then (2) "Press to Finalise your Online Bid" is pressed.
