Tender Description
Fremantle Ports is offering 2 properties for lease in North Fremantle known as 1 Delisle Street and 22 Bracks Street. Both Lots front on to Tydeman Road.
The Lots can be leased separately or together. The final lease terms on each to be offered is a term of 10 years with 2 x 5 year options thereafter. The options will contain a Port Redevelopment Clause which will be discussed further in this document.
