IRAS commenced as a project in 2013 with the aim of addressing the various issues and constraints that characterise the current research administration systems environment, and to enable and support the professionalisation of research management envisaged in the Research Strategy.
IRAS is being designed to support the entire research administration function by being open to academic as well as professional staff users. All staff responsible for research administration and for approvals in these processes will need to engage with IRAS at various different levels.
It has been determined that our end users require training to be "Just in Time". We would therefore require an application to meet this need along with the ability to integrate with Pure.
The application walk through tool will need to operate in conjunction with Pure to guide our Researchers and Professional staff
