The scope of the contract is for the construction of a public toilet and storage facility and includes removal of existing toilet blocks and storage shed.
A briefing inspection of the contract will commence on site at 10am on Friday, 23 October 2015 and will take approximately 1 hour. Due to the nature of the tender, this site inspection is mandatory and all prospective tenderers shall attend or send a suitable representative.
Tenders close at 2pm, Wednesday, 4 November 2015 at the City's Administration Centre, Civic Boulevard, Rockingham
Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday, 19 October 2015.
