Provision of Aquatic Facilities Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Service

⁠⁠⁠Tenders close 12.00 noon Monday, 16 November 2015.

Tenders are invited from fully qualified, adequately resourced and experienced contractors to maintain the Aquatic Facilities Water Treatment Plants, including the provision of site specific Asset Registers and Capital Works / Plant Replacement Strategies at the following sites:

Harold Holt Memorial Swimming Centre, High Street Glen Iris and Prahran Aquatic Centre, Essex Street Prahran. The contract has two components:
* Part A - Routine Maintenance Services and Capital Plant Improvement Strategy
* Part B - Major Works Contractor Panel

By submitting a Tender for Part A, contractors may be considered for both Parts A and B of the contract. The intent is to award a single contract for Part A, the Routine Maintenance Services & Capital Plant Improvement Strategy and select a Panel of appropriately qualified and experienced contractors for Part B, the Major Works Contractor Panel.

The initial Contract Term is 3 Years with a possible 2 year extension (solely at the discretion of Council).

The TenderLink online forum closes five business days prior to the abovementioned tender closing date. Council reserves the right not to accept the lowest or any Tender, or part thereof. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
