Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for the following Construction Works
Council has obtained a DA approval for a new childcare centre at Steel Park. Council is currently documenting the project for tender. The area for the new childcare centre is approximately 600 sqm.
Tenders for the work will be called in early January 2016 with works planned to commence on site in March 2016.
Council is therefore seeking EOIs from suitably qualified and experienced construction firms able to undertake the building works.
Specifications and design plans for the above projects and for the Project Management services can be viewed on Tenders Online at www.tendersonline.com.au/marrickville.
