The works comprise refurbishment of the male and female toilet/change room blocks adjacent to the outdoor 8 lane pool including:
* Demolition and removal of existing facilities;
* Modifications, preparation and installation of new toilet and change room facilities;
* Make alterations to existing services to suit new design; and
* Any other works as shown on the drawings or included in the Specification.
