Counselling Practice Management System

⁠⁠⁠UOW is using this RFI as an exploratory request to identify capabilities; obtain expressions of interest; determine the availability of a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solution; conduct market research into solutions; assess the potential of customising a system used by other tertiary organisation; and analyse contractor capabilities.

The object of this RFI is to conduct an industry scan of available solutions for a system used to assist Psychologists running a Counselling Service for students. The UOW Counselling Service would like to consider options for further enhancement to the quality of Counselling Service being offered through the exploration of potential software solutions in the area of Counselling Case Management, Appointment Management & Reporting. It is envisaged that the use of this kind of tool will aid in the coordination of case management between locations/campuses, optimize the allocation of existing resources, and manage the security level of sensitive document storage in line with national privacy standards.
