University of Canberra (UC) is a public university located on 118 hectares in Bruce, a north-western suburb of Canberra within easy reach of shopping and entertainment venues in the Belconnen Town Centre and the Civic centre.
UC aims to be amongst the world's leading universities in research, teaching and learning for responsible public administration and services.
The academic structure of UC comprises four faculties (Arts and Design; Business, Government & Law; Education, Science, Technology and Mathematics; and Health) and three research centres; the Institute for Applied Ecology (IAE); Institute for Governance and Policy Analysis (UC-IGPA), and UC Research Institute for Sport and Exercise (UC-RISE)).
UC is seeking proposals demonstrating strong credentials in the provision of a CRM system that can be utilised across the university to manage customer relationships. The system should be customer centric, flexible, and provide significant value to the customer experience and an improved customer journey.
