Urban Design & Management seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from highly experienced architectural firms to design, document and administer the development of approximately 8000m2 parcel of residential land, which is strategically located in the vicinity of the Sunshine Activity Centre. It provides the opportunity for a unique landmark residential project in the rapidly changing Sunshine area.
The proposed design scope for the development must reflect the site's proximity to the Sunshine activity centre, as well as its relationship to the surrounding residential context. Development of up to 4 storeys with a mixture of high and medium density living could be appropriate for the site.
This EOI is the first phase of a two stage process with an open 1st stage followed by an invited 2nd stage, where shortlisted tenders will be invited to present their architectural design concept.
