Tender Description
The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012, and Manningham City Council, ABN 61 498 471 081, invites tenders from suitably experienced and qualified parties to undertake the Principal’s Capital Works Resealing Program.
The Principal intends to appoint a single Contractor to provide, either itself or through the use of approved sub-contractors, road resealing and associated works.
Tender submissions must be received by 29 October 2015 3.00pm or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
