Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of Design & Construct Services for the 98 Oxford Street, Darlinghurst in accordance with this request for tender.
The project involves Design & Construct services to the existing retail premises shopfront and interiors, and renewal of its essential services to building regulatory and Australian Standards enabling fit for purpose retail space ready for leasing.
