Tender Description
The Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service (DDHHS) seeks Quotes from interested parties to supply, support and maintain a Primary Health Care Information Management System (the System) for the Cherbourg Hospital.
The key objective is to provide a computer software system which enables the implementation of an electronic patient record system, is able to generate standard and tailored reporting, and minimises the administration interventions to submit Medicare billing.
The aim is to:
* Implement electronic system for outpatient services at Cherbourg Health Service, which may be expanded to other sites in the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service.
* Provide a computer software system which enables the implementation of an electronic patient record system, is able to generate standard and tailored reporting, and minimises the administration interventions to submit Medicare billing.
* Implementation of an electronic patient record system which supports all areas of identified functionality in Section 3.
* 85% of staff trained in use of system.
