Expression of Interest for Provision of Architectural Services
School development and Refurbishment catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong
Catholic education Diocese of Wollongong is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) submission from suitably experienced Australian registered architects, or architectural practices, interested providing services for the development or redevelopment of primary and secondary (including K-12 schools) to meet the modern educational needs of young people in the diocese of Wollongong.
There are currently twenty-nine Parish primary and eight secondary catholic schools who, together with the catholic education office, constitute the system of catholic schools in diocese of Wollongong, The diocese extends across the four region of the illawarra, Macarthur, Shoalhaven and Sothern Highlands.
The demand for catholic schooling is increasing and responding to rapid pollution growth, especially in the Macarthur region of the diocese, is the priority for our future planning. Demographic projections indicate the need for up to fifteen new catholic schools to be established across the diocese by 2036 to cater this growth.
A register of architects will be developed by the Catholic Education Office from the respondents to this EOI who:
Are Australia Registered architects or, where required by relevant law, an Australia registered architectural practice, or a collaboration between two or more such practices:
Have relevant prior experience in the provision of the type of services described in this EOI:
