* Civil works associated with pedestrian footpaths and pedestrian crossings
* Civil works for the remediation of fire trails
* General building/civil works for the installation of a boundary fence and signage
* Asbestos remediation
* General building works including painting and window replacement
* Completion of fire safety and structural investigations
* Power pole maintenance works
