Knox City Council Workplace Culture Assessment

⁠⁠⁠The provision of the Knox City Council Workplace Culture Assessment includes the design and delivery of a suitable assessment tool that will measure employee satisfaction and engagement and provide detailed analytics about its current workplace culture.

The contract will be for a period of 12 months initially with the option at Council’s discretion to extend for a further two (2) culture assessment cycles (i.e. 2018 and 2020).

Tender forms and specification may be obtained for a non refundable cost of $68.00 at our Customer Service Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South. Alternatively documentation may be downloaded from our website www.knox.vic.gov.au from Monday 28 September 2015.

Tenders must be submitted on forms supplied and be lodged in the Tender Box at the Civic Centre by 2.00pm on Friday 16 October 2015.

Tenders for all contracts must be lodged in the Tender Box on Level 1 at the Civic Centre, 511 Burwood Highway, Wantirna South prior to the closing date in a sealed envelope endorsed with the description of tender and contract number. Facsimile or late submissions will not be considered. Council is not bound to accept the lowest and/or any tender.
