Tender Description
Expressions of Interest invited from suitably qualified Contract Caterers. The Club offers 80 seat restaurant, two function rooms, lounge and 30 room Motel. Currently the Caterer operates 7 days a week, Lunch & Dinner. To be considered for this role applicants must:
* Have a proven track record of providing catering services
* Be able to market your business
* Be able to work with Management & the Board
* Provide high quality, value for money menu choice
* Have a customer service focus
* Be able to provide well trained staff
* Follow sound WHS and Hygiene practices
* Comply with Industrial Awards and provide Certificates of Currency for Insurances required under Legislation, prior to appointment.
