Tender Description
The MUL is a list of pre-qualified suppliers which was established on 1 October 2014. The list will be used to seek offers for specific services as they arise.
A New Applicant can become pre-qualified and join the MUL by applying for, and satisfying, the Conditions for Participation to provide services to the Department or an Agency in their nominated Service Categories of:
(a) courier services;
(b) minor freight services;
(c) mail room services; and/or
(d) mail screening services.
Renewing Applicants can apply to supply any Service Categories for which they are not already Participants by applying in accordance with this Request for Application for Inclusion (RAI).
Applicants may offer to provide one, several, or all of the Service Categories.
Successful Applicants will be offered membership of the MUL for one or more (but not necessarily all) of the Service Categories for which they apply.
There will be a head agreement in the form of the MUL Deed (at Part 4 of this RAI) between the Commonwealth as represented by the Department and each successful Applicant (each one of who will be known as a Participant).
Successful Applicants that later wish to be added for additional Service Categories may only apply for more Categories when the MUL is readvertised, at least annually.
