Tender Description
The procurement objectives are to establish a value for money contract with a supplier to deliver a secure, reliable and efficient mail and despatch service across metropolitan and regional South Australia, while meeting SAPOL’s operational security, governance and performance requirements. The contract will be underpinned by an innovative and continuous improvement framework in which the supplier will be required to manage and optimise service delivery for SAPOL within a cost-effective manner and over the life of the contract.
The scope of services is grouped as following:
• Internal Mail and GPO Box Collection
• External Mail
• Courier Services which incorporate a booking and tracking functionality.
