Tender Description
The City of Ballarat is seeking submissions for the services of a reliable, creative and experienced Principal Design Consultant (Architect) / Project Management Company who will be responsible for the engagement and management of the Eureka Stadium Project consultant team and services required to deliver the Stage 1 Project as detailed.
The Scope of Services is inclusive of all design elements, stakeholder consultation, value management/cost control, quality control and construction supervision (Superintendent) for the proposed Stadia Project.
