Expressions of Interest: Plumbers & Gas Fitters

Our services include engineering and design, project management, construction, civil, maintenance and asset operations. Our capability is focused on the utility sectors of power, gas, water, telecommunications and infrastructure.

Zinfra Group is currently seeking Licenced and Registered Plumbers/Gasfitters for Gas Fitting Services. The key tasks that you will be performing include first response work, domestic residence and commercial business works for activities such as meter fixes, meter changes, attach meter locks etc. All first response works will have a minimum response time of one hour. The works will be carried out during normal hours (7.00 am to 6.00 pm), however, contractors are also expected to be available during evening hours (6.00pm to 10.00pm) and after hours (all other hours including weekends and public holidays).

You must comply with the following essential requirements:
1. a valid plumbing Licence;
2. Construction White Card;
3. minimum of 4 years experience in the gas industry;
4. have an ABN and be registered for GST;
5. valid driver's Licence;
6. proven safety record;
7. be fully insured;
8. excellent time management skills and ability to work to a deadline;
9. compliance with Zinfra's Vendor Requirements (as detailed on our website);
10. supply own vehicle and equipment/tools; and
11. be available to work in any or all of the following areas: Victoria including the work centres (and surrounds) of Thomastown, Melbourne CBD/ Docklands, Somerville, Warragul, Albury & Wagga.
