Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Council is seeking to appoint a civil contractor to undertake the construction of the Special Charge Scheme as detailed in the plans and schedule. It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence in November 2015, subject to negotiation with the successful contractor.
