Lift Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠Barwon Health requires comprehensive tender proposals from suitability qualified and experienced vendors for the provision of lift maintenance.

Periodic and adequate preventative maintenance of the Equipment Including adjustment, lubrication, cleaning, repair, replacement, inspection, and measurement to minimise user complaint and maximise lifts in service;

Attendance to Call-Outs;

Repair and replacement of equipment and components Including the stocking of spare parts and materials as deemed necessary by the Contractor to meet the performance standards of this Agreement;

Periodic testing of safety and other devices to meet relevant statutory Authorities' requirements and the requirements of this Agreement

Performance review - Preparation of regular reports to the Proprietor, and maintenance of records of the complete installation.
